Salary:   £25,000

Hours:   9 – 5, 35 hour week

Holidays:  20 days plus bank holidays

Some office, some home working (to be agreed)

Caseflowhr is an online digital employee relations specialist. Its ground-breaking technology provides busy HR professionals with assisted AI ensuring decisions which are timely and legally compliant, as well as making sure a fair procedure is followed. Caseflowhr is the new generation of HR case management systems. Its agile platform utilises bot technology to provide automated, easy-to-use pathways across a range of ER cases. All this sits alongside integrated case management functionality so that easily accessible case data can be turned into strategic HR intelligence for spotting trends and overseeing multiple case progress.  

Caseflowhr have grown rapidly over the last few months and we require additional support. The role will be based at our Birmingham office, however we offer flexible working from home options.

Key responsibilities

Manage the  Caseflowhr  system which includes:

  • Update and write decision trees
  • Provide Helpdesk assistance to end users
  • Supporting new business and leads
  • Arrange demos for new clients (virtual and face to face)
  • Liaise and support third party developer
  • Additional support to leadership team

Key skills required:

  • Holds a CIPD qualification/associate of CIPD (desirable)
  • IT literate (including Microsoft outlook, word and excel)
  • Willing to learn
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
  • Happy to assist different parts of the business and support the future growth and development of Caseflowhr
  • Excellent communication skills essentials
